Fiszki Polityki

After a few years of cooperation with Polish biggest weekly magazine publisher Vavatech was invited to participate in developing a mobile application “fiszkipolityki.pl”. The app was designed by Polityka in collaboration with Google.
Our main task was to implement a dedicated platform that can help editors to prepare the articles presented in the app. What is more, we had to introduce the system to integrate payments for the clients supporting both PayPal and PayU payments.

Polityka

In 2010, we created a tailor-made Content Management System (CMS) based on publisher’s requirements. The system has been constantly upgraded and expanded since its launch.
Currently, the software created by Vavatech exceeds far beyond a common CMS. Our system evolved into a multipurpose platform for the publisher. The platform supports editors, translators, financial department and management staff. Essentially, the platform is used to run the Internet portal - polityka.pl. It gathers data about magazine readers and manages users’ payments.

Polityka Insght

Polityka Insight is a platform read on the daily basis by more than 1K business leaders, policy makers and diplomats. Polityka Insight enables to compose daily analysis and reports about current situation of the world in convenient and intuitive way. Moreover, the platform allows to analyze its clients behaviour and customize product to every client. Finally, it integrates with many external services like iOS/Android Mobile apps, Highrise, Mailchimp etc. The main platform of Polityka Insight’s has been exclusively designed by Vavatech.

Dolphin

Delfin is an IT system used by Voluntary Work Corps (polish: OHP) - organization, which allows young people, to raise their professional qualifications.
System enables management of agreements between employers hiring juveniles and OHP. Moreover, it is distributing refunds for employers.
The application was developed in 2008 and has been maintained since then.

Livewords Flow

Livewords Flow is a translation platform where native speakers translate documents on an ongoing basis.
The application offers a number of functionalities that facilitate and accelerate the work of translators.
The tool allows you to integrate with virtually any application available on the web.
The application has been developed and maintained for a Dutch client since 2018.

eStep

Electronic system for the transposition of European Law.
Vavatech maintains and develops software for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
System includes processing data about all new European Union’s legal acts. It contains ways and dates of their transposition to Polish civic system and provides public access to chosen information through databases.

I have the right to know

Mam Prawo Wiedzieć is an application created to help Polish citizens access information in an easy, user-friendly way.
The project collects information from candidates’ campaign websites, flyers, politicians’ blogs, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other online and traditional media sources.
The site matches profiles of each candidate or MP with their voting record and region. Therefore, citizens can learn more about their politicians, while tracking their behavior.

Jawny Lobbing

'Jawny Lobbing' is an open IT system build on public data, developed in collaboration with Future Mind - the company responsible for front-end. Vavatech has created and maintains database, administration panel and API.

'HOMAS'

System consists of two parts:
First one (dedicated to applicants) - enables submitting and paying for new proposals and reviewing the old ones.
Second one (dedicated to employees of PKWK) - allows management and consideration of submitted proposals and issuing documents based on them.
System was created in 2008 and is being maintained since then.

Registry of Hardware

An user-friendly application built in SaaS architecture, helping businesses to keep records of their computer hardware. It works on a subscription basis and is available to new customers on our website.

ODA

We are responsible for creation and maintenance of the system dedicated to collecting data about international aid projects, therefore it can be managed by polish ministries and public organizations. The data is approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and can be exported to files in formats supported by international organizations collecting the data - DAC and IATI. Moreover, system consists of a public website providing all the information to its visitors.

Telemaco

Telemaco is not only an IT system dedicated for logistic and shipping companies, but also for those who need to transport a cargo on specified route.
Service is aimed at users in whole Europe and works in 13 languages.

Online Family Academy (IAR)

IAR (Online Academy of Family) is an informative and advisory web platform for families. It contains a list of entities and institutions working institutions working for families in need, their services and information on ongoing projects.
Platform was developed in 2008 and is maintained for the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship since then.

ZSIORIN

The system is a complete solution, supporting the institution in carrying out tasks for which it is responsible (phytosanitary controls, issuing plant passport, rotation of seed). Moreover, the system supports the work of the Laboratory in PIORIN.

Adventure with Nysa

Multilingual website for tourists visiting Łużyce region. Everything is shown in a modern and aesthetic graphic layout, which allows convenient searching of different attractions.

Warsaw Trams

Warsaw Trams offers public transport services in the Capital City of Warsaw.
The company controls the quality of the work of tram drivers by designating them tutors responsible for assessing the quality of tram driving.
Vavatech provided complex system to help tutors in their work. Our application is designed to gather all important information about tutors and their pupils in one place. We integrate with other systems to display up to date information about tram drivers, work schedules, absences etc. Moreover our application gives quick view to reports and complaints connected with pupils work.

Wykaz

Documents include information about environment, its protection and support.
We are cooperating with Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Poland for more than 2 years - helping them to maintain and develop one their main systems.
Our main task is to assure that the platform will work continuously without any significant breaks. Beside that from time to time we are implementing new features to the system, which is very challenging due to the complexity of the system and amount of data stored in database (30M records).

Youth Job Connection

Youth Job Connection is a platform, which helps employers to announce job offers (both permanent and temporary) for people aged between 15 and 25.

SUDOP

Office of Competition and Consumer Protection collects data about all cases of help given to any beneficiary. Gathered data should be publicly available to all citizens with an easily accessible interface.
For the purpose of the task above, Vavatech created a tailored-made system SUDOP. The software was created after winning the public tender.
The main part of the system is a complex, multi-criteria search tool. The biggest challenge in the project was the amount of data - system works efficiently with the database containing more than
15 000 000 of records, with a constant growth of 2 000 new records every day. This software runs steadily to this day.

Health Direct

Basing on the contractor requirements, we created custom-made system from scratch. It was a fixed-price contract with client from private sector.
The system allows users to compare health insurance offers from many different companies. They could also configure and buy the chosen option.
Insurance offers of all medical companies are very divergent - they often have completely different data models and ways.

CERBER

Vavatech created a dedicated system 'CERBER' that has improved the workflow of documents connected with funding students initiatives. Implementing this software has successfully organized, simplified and enhanced the work of self-government.
Our client, which is the largest university in Poland, with more than 44 000 students and over 20 fields of study, has a significant meaning to Vavatech, because majority or our team comes from the IT department of University of Warsaw.

TSUE

TSUE is an internal system used by Ministry of Foreign Affairs to manage and distribute documents. While cooperating with the client, Vavatech was responsible for the program in areas of maintenance and development. Within the service we also updated all components of software.

ESKAM

Organizing activities of Warsaw Philharmonic requires a complex document flow. Musicians from Philharmonic visit many schools in various location of Poland to reach listeners from different social and educational environment. Therefore our client has to sign particular agreements with both schools and all musicians, plan and schedule every concert and control band tours during the school year. This kind of activity in such a big scale needs special IT tools, which could help on every stage of the entire process. Vavatech had the pleasure to implement a dedicated IT system, which is successfully used by Warsaw Philharmonic.

SOWA

After winning public tender, we started overseeing proper functioning of the system. Vavatech implemented modernization work, therefore the platform has constantly been improved and enriched with new functionalities.

Radom

Software for digitizing and archiving source documents for public property records.
The system, which was created for the City Hall in Radom, allows you to create a digital archive of documents regarding public real estate. The software provides City Hall employees with quick access to archived documents, easy addition of new ones and the ability to define metadata describing added files.

Detroit Water and Sewerage Department

The contract covers two years of maintenance and development of the MPWiK website. Our cooperation with Detroit Water and Sewerage Department will consist, in particular, in fixing errors and irregularities preventing or limiting the use of the website and eliminating defects that disrupt the website. Our activities will prevent difficulties in the implementation of business processes and problems in the daily use of www.mpwik.com.pl.

HRecruiter

The HRecruiter system was created as an internal project to organize and automate
ongoing recruitment processes. The main functionalities of the system is recruitment management from the moment it is defined
needs and publication of the advertisement to complete recruitment. System manages all collected applications of candidates both in the context of a given process as well as in the archival one database of collected applications and keeps a calendar of recruitment meetings and other recruitment events.
